So, the meat marinated 48 hours in this Amazing Marinade. I took it out, wiped off the excess marinade,
and put it on a HOT grill (preheated 10 minutes closed) for 7 minutes on each side.
Our roast was right at 2 pounds.
We brought it in, let it rest 5 minutes. Then sliced it against the grain. Yum scrum!!
Make sure you slice it against the grain! Very important 🙂
