Dinner on a snowy cold night..

The snow has finally started here (after schools were closed today in anticipation of the POSSIBLE snow) and so I decided it was time for a comfort dinner..

Salad with fresh blueberries, roasted red pepper soup, and homemade bread..

Yum SCRUM!
